Applications
Compatible with copper, brass, aluminum and thermoplastic tubing for instrumentation, hydraulic and pneumatic systems like typical fluid air, oil, water, lubricant and other applications.
Note: When use with thermoplastic tubing, a brass insert is required for support.
Installation Instructions
1. Cut tubing to desired length.
2. Slide nut and then sleeve on tube. Threaded end "A" of nut must face out.
3. Insert tubing into fitting body. Be sure tubing is bottomed on fitting shoulder.
4. Lubricate threads and assemble to fitting body.

Our brass and acetal 90° male elbow is designed according to SAE J-512. It meets the functional requirements of that specification, with a compression joint and a formed end. The brass or acetal sleeve is embedded in a machined flange that provides rigidity, yet allows the tube(s) to be inserted without preparation.
90° male brass elbow fitting is designed to connect tubing without the need for tube preparation. This universal fitting may be used with other similar fittings to create complex piping systems that are easy to assemble and maintain.
